Samples

•The actual products may vary from the showroom samples such as color, a tile, a shade, or finish.

•We cannot guarantee that the delivered goods will match the samples 100%.

•No claim regarding color, shape or caliber will be accepted after the product has been installed.

Customers

•It is customer's responsibility to check all received material before installation

.•Once the delivered materials are installed, Multile has no liability for any materials that were supplied in error.

•If the delivered material does not correspond with the invoice or customers purchase order, inform us immediately to schedule a return or exchange.

•Notice sales representative before moving or removing the sample display.

•COD customers must have full payment ready upon delivery.

•A return check charge of $ 35.00 will automatically be applied.

Shipment Damage

•The customer must inspect every common carrier shipment from Multile prior to signing the bill of lading.

•If there is a damage from shipping, it must be noted on the bill of lading before the carrier leaves, otherwise no credit will be issued.

Returns

•Returns will only be accepted in the original condition with an approved return request.

•We are NOT responsible for any return shipping costs.

•All returns will be issue by store credit only.

  • Mosaic - Returns must be made within 60 days of the original billing / shipping date. - NO returns are accepted after 60 days.
  • Tile - Returns must be made within 30 days of the original billing / shipping date. - All returns are subject to restocking fee.
  • Vanity - Returns must be made within 30 days of the original billing / shipping date. - All returns are subject to restocking fee.
